Inspect workspace activity
Trace actions, filter events and export a useful record.
Activity Log shows events across the workspace, such as content changes, approval decisions and publishing outcomes. Version History instead shows earlier content states within one draft.
Find an event
-
Open Activity / Activity Log in the reporting or settings area.
-
Filter by date, actor, event type or item using the controls available.
-
Open the relevant event and inspect its timestamp, action, target and outcome.
-
Follow the linked post or approval item for the current state.
-
Export the filtered CSV if you need a durable record, then inspect its contents before sharing.
Diagnose a sequence
For a failed post, look for submission, approval, scheduling and result events. A retry or recovery event can explain why the final result differs from the first error. Verify the actual external post as well. For an unexpected edit, use the event to find the affected draft and compare versions. Read-only visits and content changes are different types of activity.
Retention and integrations
The available history depends on your account's retention. Export needed records before they are no longer available. If activity webhooks are enabled, use the documented configuration and verification method from Integrations; never publish signing secrets in an event report.
