Find your way around

Understand the workspace switcher, navigation, status cards and starting points.

The Home page is your entry point into the current workspace. Use it to see what needs attention and start a request in Chat. The sidebar groups can expand, so some features sit inside Create, Content, Analytics, Automation or Settings.

Start a useful request

  1. Check the workspace name before starting. Switch workspaces when working for another brand.

  2. Enter a specific request in the Home prompt bar, such as “Draft three LinkedIn posts about our new service for small retailers. Use our brand voice and keep them as drafts.”

  3. Open the resulting Chat conversation. Read the response, add missing context and review any proposed action.

  4. Use a starter prompt if one fits your task, then customize the audience, topic and output. A prompt is a starting point, not a finished publication.

Read the status cards

Drafts leads to content still being prepared. Scheduled leads to upcoming posts. Inbox shows supported social conversation activity. Review / Approvals shows work awaiting a decision. Open the relevant item to see its current status; dashboard counts can lag behind an action. If research features are enabled, a briefing may appear below the cards. Open its sources before turning an observation into a public claim.

Find a missing page

Expand the relevant sidebar group and confirm your role and workspace. Navigation labels can differ across enabled features and interface versions. Use the page's Help control for contextual guidance, or find a missing feature.
