Reusable prompt templates
Create structured briefs your team can run, revise and reuse.
Prompt Library is for repeatable writing tasks with changing inputs. A template might ask for a product, audience, offer and tone instead of relying on a long prompt copied from an old conversation.
Run a template
-
Open Prompts / Prompt Library from the relevant content or creation group.
-
Choose a built-in or workspace template and read its description.
-
Fill every required input. Provide concrete facts instead of placeholders.
-
Check any displayed usage estimate and choose Run.
-
Edit the output, then use the offered action to save a draft or open the composer. Running a prompt is not publication.
Build your own
Choose New template. Give it a name that describes the job and a short explanation of when to use it. Define fields with appropriate types, such as text, long text, date, number or dropdown. Mark genuinely necessary fields as required. Write the prompt body using the field placeholders supported by the editor. Make placeholder names match the input fields exactly. Include the output format, audience and review constraints. Test with representative inputs and with an optional field left empty. Check that unresolved placeholders do not appear in the output. Save and share at the workspace scope only when the template is ready for teammates.
Maintain versions
Use recent runs to inspect inputs and output from an earlier attempt. Keep a previous working template or version before changing a shared one. After an edit, run a small test again so teammates do not inherit a broken brief.
