Brand voice, documents and memory
Give writing and creative tools accurate context about your business.
Brand Profile supplies reusable context for captions, replies and creative work. Clear source material helps the tools sound consistent; it does not guarantee that every generated claim is accurate.
Build the voice profile
-
Open Workspace / Settings → Brand Profile / Brand voice.
-
Enter the public brand name and a short explanation of what you offer and whom you serve.
-
Describe the tone in practical terms. For example: “Short, friendly sentences; explain technical terms; avoid exaggerated claims.”
-
Add the main offer, audience, preferred phrases and topics or claims to avoid. Save your changes.
-
Generate a small test draft and compare it with an approved example. Revise the profile if the output misses the voice.
Add supporting documents
In Documents, add approved text, files or a public URL using the available controls. Label each source by purpose, such as product facts, voice examples or audience research. Confirm the content was read successfully; an uploaded file with unreadable text will not provide useful context. Keep prices, product details and links current. Do not add private customer records or confidential business information to material intended to inform public content.
Review memory
Open Memory to inspect learned observations, their sources and confidence where shown. Edit incorrect observations, pin reliable guidance where available and remove misleading entries. A repeated past wording choice may not be an intentional brand rule.
Visual references
Use the Avatar and Watermark areas when available for approved visual references. Preview the uploaded asset and keep the logo readable. Watermarks controls published image marks; uploading a brand avatar does not automatically apply the same mark to every post.
Keep each brand grounded in approved material
Start with the public brand name, audience, main offer, concrete voice rules and a few approved examples. Add documents you are authorized to use. Review remembered facts for accuracy, especially dated prices, offers and policies. Each workspace needs its own context; check the workspace before uploading a client’s material.
Use a draft to evaluate the result before publishing. If output is generic, add specific examples and corrections rather than repeating a vague tone description.
