Idea Board and drafts

Capture ideas, organize them and turn the right ones into prepared posts.

Idea Board holds material that is not ready to publish: rough topics, useful links, observations and AI suggestions. Saving an idea does not schedule a post.

Capture and organize

  1. Open Create → Idea Board.

  2. Add an idea with a clear title and the source text or URL. Include why the audience would care.

  3. Use available tags, status or board columns to separate raw ideas from items ready to develop.

  4. Review incoming suggestions from trends, interviews or research. Keep the original source so facts can be checked.

Develop an idea

Open the idea and add an angle, audience, platform and desired format. Use polish or draft actions where available. Compare the output with the source; remove unsupported claims and repetitive phrases. Send the chosen result to the composer using Create post / Use this. Select accounts, attach the final media and save as a draft. Scheduling is a separate decision in the composer.

Maintain a useful backlog

Move ideas through a simple sequence such as captured, developing and ready. Link a task when someone needs to gather facts or prepare an image. Use campaigns to group the resulting posts around a shared launch or objective. When an idea becomes outdated, archive or remove it using the available action after checking whether its notes are still needed. Avoid filling the calendar just because an idea exists; match the final post to the publishing plan.
