Present the workspace with Demo Mode
Hide supported account details for a presentation and verify what remains visible.
Demo Mode changes parts of the interface for presentations where enabled. It is different from white-label branding and is not a guarantee that every private detail is hidden.
Prepare a demonstration

Open Settings → Demo mode or the Demo Mode switch in the account appearance menu.

Enable the mode and review its available masking options.

Navigate through every page you plan to show.

Check workspace names, account identities, notifications, conversation content and browser chrome.

Remove or avoid any remaining private information before recording or sharing the screen.
Keep demonstrations accurate
Use approved demonstration content and explain when counts or labels are masked. Do not present example activity as a real customer's result. Demo Mode affects presentation; it should not be treated as a sandbox preventing publication, messages or other real actions. Keep the demonstration to the intended navigation and review workflow. When finished, switch the mode off if you need the normal interface, and verify that the intended display state returned.
