A post will not schedule
Find the specific blocker before repeating the action.
Open the affected draft and read the complete validation or error message. A disabled button can reflect missing fields, invalid timing, an account problem or an approval restriction.
Check in order

Confirm the correct workspace and select at least one exact connected account.

Complete required text, media and platform-specific fields. Wait for media processing to finish.

Choose a future date and time and read the displayed timezone.

Resolve character, file, format and cooldown warnings.

Check connection health, role permissions and usage limits.

Confirm whether the item is already scheduled or held as Pending approval before submitting again.
Verify the fix
Make one targeted correction, save or schedule and reopen the post. Check its resulting time and per-account state. If the request was accepted but is still processing, follow the existing item rather than creating another copy. If it still fails, capture the exact error, post identifier, selected platform and timestamp for support. Keep a saved draft so the prepared content is not lost.
