Create and work through Chat

Give clear briefs, use files, refine drafts and review proposed actions.

Chat can help with research, ideas, drafting, rewriting and supported workspace actions. A good brief names the workspace task, audience, platform and desired output. Keep related revisions in the same conversation so the context stays useful.

Start with a clear brief

  1. Open Chat from Home or the sidebar.

  2. State what you need, for example: “Draft two educational LinkedIn posts for shop owners about preparing a holiday campaign. Use our brand voice. Save them as drafts.”

  3. Attach relevant approved files using the upload control. Wait until attachments finish loading and tell Chat how to use them.

  4. Read the response. Correct assumptions, provide missing facts and ask for a specific revision instead of repeatedly requesting “better.”

  5. Send the chosen content to the composer or save it using the action offered. Inspect the result in the destination page.

Separate writing from action

Chat may propose creating a draft, scheduling a post, generating media or another enabled action. Read the exact accounts, timing, content and cost estimate before confirming. Ask explicitly for drafts when you are still exploring. A text answer saying something was prepared is not proof of publication. Check publishing status in the workspace. Team approval requirements still apply to supported actions started through Chat.

Reuse and recover

Open conversation history to continue the relevant thread. Give each request a clear topic to make it easy to identify later. For repeatable tasks, create a structured template in Prompt Library. If the tool misunderstands a feature on the current page, use Page Tutor for guidance.
