Apply a brand watermark

Set workspace image branding and inspect the final result.

Watermarks add a logo or text mark to supported image outputs. Your setup may offer an agency default, a workspace override and a per-post switch. These controls can affect different scopes.

Configure the mark

  1. Open Settings → Brand watermark, or the watermark tab in Brand Profile.

  2. Choose whether to inherit an agency mark, use a workspace-specific mark or disable it.

  3. Upload the approved transparent asset or enter the supported text mark.

  4. Adjust placement, size, padding and opacity using the preview.

  5. Save and inspect a representative image with both light and dark areas.

Check each post

In the composer, inspect Apply brand watermark if offered. Confirm that the mark is readable without obscuring the image, captioned text or important product details. Turn it off for a specific item only when that is the intended treatment. A visual already containing a logo may not need another one layered over it.

Diagnose an unexpected mark

Check the workspace override and any inherited agency default, then inspect the per-post setting. Review the final attached image rather than relying only on the settings preview. Watermark support for images does not imply the same automatic behavior for every video format.
