Warnings and notifications

Receive useful alerts for gaps, expiring connections and publishing problems.

Warning rules surface conditions that need attention. Available rules, thresholds and recipients depend on the workspace. An alert tells you to inspect a problem; it does not prove that the problem has been fixed.

Configure a useful warning

  1. Open Settings → Warning rules.

  2. Read each rule's condition and current threshold.

  3. Enable the relevant rule and adjust its threshold, such as the allowed scheduling gap.

  4. Select the intended recipients or notification cadence where offered.

  5. Save and inspect the resulting rule summary.

Respond to an alert

Open the linked workspace item and verify its current state. For connection expiry, reconnect the exact account. For a publishing failure, inspect the post and destination before retrying. For a schedule gap, review the account's actual calendar. Use in-app banners alongside email preferences; a disabled email notification does not necessarily disable the underlying rule.

Reduce noise

Tune broad thresholds after observing real examples. Pause an unhelpful rule while revising it, rather than ignoring every warning. Keep failures that affect live work visible to a responsible teammate.
