The calendar time looks wrong
Compare actual scheduled time with workspace, browser and queue settings.
A date can look different because of timezone presentation, a filter, a queue slot or a cooldown adjustment. Inspect the post detail rather than relying only on the calendar cell.
Find the difference
-
Open the exact post and note the displayed date, time and timezone.
-
Check the account and active Calendar filters.
-
Compare the timezone shown in the composer with workspace preferences and the browser's local time.
-
If the post came from a queue, inspect that queue's timezone and slot grid.
-
Check cooldown warnings and any automatically recommended or resolved time.
-
Consider daylight-saving changes when comparing dates across regions.
Correct and confirm
Set the intended time explicitly, read the confirmation and reopen the post. A draft's planned date is not necessarily its publication schedule. Confirm that the final state is Scheduled or the expected approval hold. For a repeated mismatch, record the intended timezone, displayed timezone and exact post time in the support request. Avoid rescheduling a whole batch until one example is understood.
