Let clients review posts
Create a private review link and manage requests for changes.
Client review lets an external reviewer inspect prepared posts through an access link where the feature is enabled. The link can grant access without a normal workspace login, so share it only with the intended reviewer.
Create a review link
-
Open Settings → Team Approvals → Client Review Links or the client-review controls offered in the workspace.
-
Confirm the correct client workspace and enable client review if required by your configuration.
-
Choose Create Link, add the client's label and optional notification information, then create it.
-
Inspect the link's scope and any expiry or access controls shown.
-
Share it with the intended reviewer through your agreed channel. Keep raw access links out of public documentation.
What the client reviews
The portal presents the post content, media, destinations and proposed time. The client can approve or request changes where offered. Explain that approval authorizes the displayed version and next action. A request for changes holds or returns the item for revision. Read the feedback, edit the post and submit the corrected version. If both team and client stages are enabled, confirm that both have passed.
Maintain access
Use the link-management list to revoke access when the engagement ends or a link reaches the wrong person. Check any scheduled notification or pending post separately; revoking a link is not the same as cancelling content. Before enabling notifications, inspect the recipient and workspace branding. Never include internal-only discussion in the client-facing version.
