Before you begin

Prepare access, approved brand assets and a clear first task.

You can read this manual without an account. To use the product, sign into DigLab Social and confirm which workspace you should work in.

Prepare the essentials

Have the intended social accounts and permission to manage them, the approved logo and brand voice, current product facts and the image or video you want to use. Decide which audience, account and outcome the first post should target. Ask the workspace owner about your role if you cannot connect accounts or approve content. Feature availability can vary by role, plan, network and workspace; the current controls and usage estimates apply.

Understand the main objects

An idea holds source material. A draft holds prepared content. An approval holds an action for review. A scheduled post has a future publishing action. A published result is confirmed on its destination. A campaign groups related content, a preset chooses destinations and a queue assigns recurring times. These features can work together, but each answers a different question.

Start small

Follow Your first post, then use the screenshot tour. Confirm one complete result before expanding to a batch or automation. This makes account and timing mistakes easier to find while the setup is still simple.
