Brand a client experience
Configure available branding and verify client-facing pages and links.
White-label controls are available only for accounts with the relevant features enabled. They can affect client-facing branding, access pages, reports and notifications. Inspect the current options before promising a particular customization.
Configure branding
-
Open Account → White Label where available.
-
Set the public agency name, approved logo, primary color and favicon using supported formats.
-
Add your correct public privacy and terms links in the legal-link fields.
-
Save and inspect the preview, including small-screen and email-style presentations where offered.
-
Review client workspace branding separately if it can override account defaults.
Connect a custom domain
Use the exact DNS instructions displayed for your account. Confirm the intended hostname and existing use before changing a record. Complete domain verification and activation through the provided flow. Open the final HTTPS address and inspect the login, invitation and client-review paths. Confirm the correct logo, public links and workspace destination. Do not invent or reuse a DNS target from another account's documentation.
Verify a client experience
Check what a client can actually see with the intended role. Inspect report previews and outgoing notification branding before using them with customers. Internal billing, credentials and private team discussion should not appear in client-facing material. For a presentation without changing public branding, use Demo Mode where available.
