Workspaces, roles and teammates
Manage brand spaces, member access and workspace preferences.
A workspace separates one brand's content, connected accounts, calendar and collaborators. Your personal account settings are separate from workspace settings. Owners, administrators and members may see different controls.
Set up a workspace
-
Open the workspace switcher or Settings → All workspaces. Create a workspace if your access includes that action.
-
Choose the workspace type shown for your own brand or a client, and enter its public name.
-
In General, add the logo and check regional preferences. Review timezone labels in scheduling screens as well; queues may have their own timezone.
-
Complete Brand voice and connect the intended social accounts.
-
Save and return to Home. Verify the workspace name before creating content.
Invite a teammate
Open Team Members within workspace settings. Enter the teammate's email, select the least access they need and send the invitation. The recipient follows the invitation link to join. Treat invitation links as private access links. Owners and administrators manage workspace controls and approvals. Members may create content while publication is held for review. Configure Team Approvals explicitly; do not assume inviting someone turns approval on.
Modes and preferences
If a workspace offers Agentic and Traditional modes, select the experience suited to your team. A mode changes the working interface; it does not replace reviewing destinations and publish actions. Language and feature visibility also depend on workspace settings and role.
Removing access or a workspace
Before removing someone, transfer unfinished work and review integrations they maintain. Workspace deletion can affect content, connections and scheduled posts. Export needed records, inspect the exact confirmation and contact support about recovery before relying on any retention period. Switching away from a workspace does not delete it.
