Save destination presets
Reuse account selections and platform-specific settings without losing control of where posts go.
A destination preset answers where a post should go. A queue answers when it should go. Presets can include a set of connected accounts and supported per-channel caption, hashtag or tracking adjustments.
Create a preset
-
Open Automation → Presets / Destination Presets.
-
Choose New preset and give it a name that identifies the intended account set.
-
Add the exact platform and account for each destination. Avoid an ambiguous preset such as “All” when several clients are involved.
-
Add supported caption or hashtag overrides and link-tracking fields only where needed.
-
Save, then use the sample preview if offered to inspect the transformations and any skipped-channel reasons.
Apply it to a post
Write the post, choose Load preset in the destination picker and select the preset. Confirm the resulting account list. Check every platform preview after overrides, signatures and tracking links have been applied. An incompatible or disconnected destination may be skipped. Fix the reason or make a deliberate selection before scheduling; loading a preset is not proof that every intended account is included.
Keep presets current
Recheck a preset after reconnecting accounts, changing a client's channels or updating campaign tracking. Changing a saved preset may not update already prepared posts, so inspect those posts separately.
