Publish to X

Prepare short posts or threads and handle usage limits carefully.

X publishing may have usage charges and daily limits shown in your account. Links and thread length can affect the estimate. Check current values in the app; this guide does not freeze prices or plan allowances.

Prepare the post

  1. Select the exact connected X account in the composer.

  2. Write the post and check the destination's character count after links, hashtags and signatures.

  3. Add media or use Add to thread where available. Review every item in the chain.

  4. Read the displayed usage estimate and any limit warning.

  5. Schedule or publish, then verify each item's status and the resulting thread order on X.

If a limit blocks publication

Open account usage and identify the actual limit: available balance, a publishing cap or an account connection limit. Check the reset information shown. These limits may be shared beyond the currently open workspace, so changing workspaces is not a reliable remedy. Before retrying, inspect the destination for any already published items. If a thread partly succeeded, continue only after understanding which items are missing. If a balance or plan change is needed, ask the workspace owner to review the current terms. Do not assume that removing a warning by enabling automatic charges is required for every failure.
