Help on the page you are using
Use contextual tips and the tutor to understand a control.
Page Help offers guidance for the current feature. Where available, a Tutor tab lets you ask a question about that page. It is useful for understanding a control before taking an action.
Ask a useful question
-
Open the page you need help with.
-
Choose Help / ? and read the available Tips.
-
Open Tutor if offered and name the control or outcome you need explained.
-
Include the visible error text when troubleshooting, without credentials or private records.
-
Compare the answer with the actual controls and this manual before making a change.
Keep context clear
When you switch pages, check which page the tutor is describing. Start a fresh question if the context is no longer correct. A guidance answer does not confirm that an action was performed. Inspect the actual draft, connection or post status. Use the main Chat workflow for supported workspace actions and review their confirmations separately. If guidance conflicts with the current interface or a problem persists, use Get help with the feature name and a privacy-safe screenshot.
