Managed client access
Understand sponsored workspace capacity and its billing owner before making changes.
Some agency accounts offer managed or sponsored client slots. These can provide a client workspace with access under the agency's arrangement. Availability, limits and terms must be read from the current account screen.
Assign and verify a slot
-
Open the managed-client or sponsored-account area in your agency settings.
-
Review available capacity and identify who pays for the arrangement.
-
Select the exact client workspace and inspect the assignment summary.
-
Confirm only the intended change, then verify the workspace's resulting access state.
-
Check that teammates and clients still see the correct workspace and role.
Manage ongoing access
Use the slot list to inspect assignment and status. If a payment or capacity warning appears, read its effect and deadline rather than assuming the workspace will remain unchanged. A client may have their own plan as well as an agency relationship. Confirm which arrangement is active before changing either one.
End sponsorship carefully
Review the effect of unassigning a slot on client access, scheduled work and retained data. Coordinate a transition before making a change that could interrupt the client's workflow. Removing sponsorship is not the same as deleting the workspace or disconnecting its social accounts.
