Reusable snippets and shortcuts
Insert approved calls to action, disclosures and hashtag groups.
Content plugs are text snippets you insert while composing. They work well for a recurring disclosure, sign-off, contact link or campaign call to action.
Create and insert

Open Settings → Content plugs and choose Add plug.

Give it an internal name, a shortcut slug and the exact content. Add a category if offered.

Use only variables supported by the editor and preview how they resolve.

Save, then return to a draft. Type
/to find the plug or use the toolbar's plug picker. -
Insert it and inspect the final caption for spacing, duplicated text, links and character limits.
Keep snippets useful
Name similar plugs by purpose or platform, such as “Launch CTA — LinkedIn.” Update time-sensitive prices, dates and URLs before reusing them. A saved snippet can remain outdated even when the campaign has changed. Plugs are inserted content, so changing the library entry may not rewrite previously prepared captions. Check scheduled posts separately when an important fact changes. Use Post Signatures for a footer that should be enabled by default. Use Prompt Library when you need a reusable writing instruction rather than a fixed piece of text.
