Discuss a draft with your team
Leave contextual feedback, mention teammates and resolve threads.
Draft discussions keep feedback next to the actual post. They help collaborators decide what to change without losing the connection between a comment and the content it describes.
Leave useful feedback
-
Open a draft or its approval detail, then open the discussion or comment panel.
-
Write a specific note identifying the wording, image or schedule that needs attention.
-
Use the member picker after typing
@to mention the right teammate where supported. -
Check whether the note is internal or visible to a client before sending it.
-
Reply in the same thread as the change is made, then resolve the thread when the issue is addressed.
Keep visibility deliberate
Use internal notes for team-only discussion. If the interface supports external comments, inspect the visibility label before sharing. Do not place internal costs, private records or credentials in client-visible feedback. A mention can create a notification according to the recipient's preferences. Avoid using mentions as a substitute for assigning ownership; use Tasks for a clear action and due date.
Finish the review
Reopen the actual draft and verify the requested change. Resolving a discussion does not automatically approve or publish the post. Complete the formal approval step where required.
