Turn an interview into ideas
Capture your expertise through guided questions and develop the results.
Brand Interview asks questions about your business, experience and point of view, then helps turn the answers into content ideas. It works best after Brand Profile describes the audience and offer.
Complete an interview
-
Open Brand Interview from the available creation tools.
-
Start a new interview and wait for its questions to load.
-
Answer each question with a concrete example, lesson or opinion. Include relevant context rather than a one-word response.
-
Skip or revise questions that do not fit your business using the available controls. Avoid including customer secrets or unapproved claims.
-
Finish the interview and read the generated summary and ideas. Correct factual errors before using them.
Develop the output
Choose Go to Idea Board or the offered save action. Open each idea, choose an audience and format, and develop it into a draft. Preserve useful details from your answer so the content remains specific. A recorded answer is source material, not automatic permission to publish every detail. Remove names or commercially sensitive information that should stay private.
When results feel generic
Review Brand Profile, answer with an actual example and explain what makes your view different. Start another interview for a new topic rather than mixing unrelated businesses into one session. Check any usage estimate before starting again.
