Get help and onboarding

Send the details needed to diagnose a problem without exposing private information.

Use the page's Help control or contact your workspace administrator for access and setup issues. DigLab's Social onboarding page provides a starting point for guided setup.

Prepare a useful support request

Include the feature and workspace context, intended platform, post or job identifier when available, timestamp with timezone, exact error and the steps already tried. Explain what you expected and what actually happened. Add a screenshot showing the relevant controls after removing private account details, customer messages and unrelated content. Do not include passwords, API keys, session data, invitation links or client-review access tokens.

Before retrying publication

Check the platform for an existing post and inspect the current job. Tell support whether any selected accounts already succeeded. This helps avoid duplicate content while a partial failure is investigated.

Documentation for each product

This is the DigLab Social manual. For DigLab Inbox's AI agents, channels, customer conversations and other Inbox features, go to DigLab Inbox Docs. Its existing guides remain in that documentation site.

Send a useful, redacted support packet

Include the feature, workspace name, affected platform, expected versus actual result, time with timezone, post or job identifier, and the exact redacted error. State which destinations succeeded before any retry. Attach a screenshot limited to the relevant controls; remove keys, signed URLs, personal contact details and unrelated customer content.

Use the symptom checklist to collect evidence before escalating. Do not send passwords or full session exports.

Open help from the app

The saved custom Help destination is this Social help center. Start with the draft practice path, browse the current screenshots, or use symptom-based troubleshooting.

The Help menu shown to an owner can contain only feature requests and issue reporting, even after the custom URL is saved. If you do not see a documentation entry, open or bookmark this help center directly. A saved setting alone does not prove that every role has the same menu.

Support contact and documentation are separate destinations. For a problem requiring assistance, include the redacted error and relevant post or job identifier, while keeping passwords, credentials and unrelated customer content private.
